Access To
- University Centre for Academic English (UCAE) is located in the North wing of the Samuel Alexander building on the lower ground floor.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and shiny flooring.
- There is step-free level access to enter University Centre for Academic English (UCAE).
- There are double automatic doors which open away from you.
- The push pad for the automatic doors is at a height of 75cm.

Reception (UCAE Resource Lending Library)
- The reception is located ahead from entrance to the rear of the Student Support Hub.

- The reception has glazed screens and patterned/distracting backgrounds which may affect the ability of someone to lip read.
