Parking and Public Transport
View
- The venue has its own car park.
- The nearest Metro station is Corvetto.
- The nearest train station is Milano Porta Romana.

Getting In and Around
View
- There is step-free access via ramp at the most accessible entrance.
- There is step-free level access via lift from the car park entrance on the lower ground floor, however, there is a 4cm lip and 2cm lip at the entrance thresholds.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas, this may include the use of a lift.
- The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: from the Via Polesine street entrance, there is a steep ramp to access the left lift bank.
- Access throughout may include doors permanently held open and narrow walkways.
- The lower ground, ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors can be accessed via a standard lift and stairs.
- The left lift bank was under refurbishment and out of use at the time of survey (July 2025).
If the left lift bank is out of use, staff can use the right lift bank which gives access to the rear of the TUI office.
If both sets of lifts are out of use there is only stepped access to the TUI offices.

- The male and female step-free toilet facilities are located to the left as you enter the TUI office before the reception desk and to the rear of the TUI office space, through the staff kitchen and on the left.

Entrance (Lower Ground Floor - Car Park)
- This entrance is located on the right hand side of the car park.
- The entrance area is not clearly signed.
- There is not a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at the entrance.
- There is stepped access at the entrance.
- The stepped threshold before the entrance is 4cm high.
- There is a single manual door at this entrance.
- The door is permanently held open.
- The width of the opening is 93cm.
- The door has a medium visual contrast.
- There is a second single manual door.
- The second door is permanently held open.
- The width of the opening is 123cm.
- The second door has a medium visual contrast.
- The stepped threshold after the entrance is 2cm high.
Lift (Left Lift Bank)
- The lift surveyed is located to the left as you enter via the car park entrance on the lower ground floor.
- The most accessible route to the lift has step-free level access.
- The lower ground, ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors are accessed by this lift.
- The lift door has a high visual contrast.
- The lift has a level manoeuvring space in front of it for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- The external lift control buttons have tactile markings and a high visual contrast.
- Some of the external lift controls are at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The lift door opening width is 90cm.
- There are other lifts available at this location which are of a similar size.
- At the time of survey (July 2025), the lifts were undergoing refurbishment and were out of service.
Stairs (Left Staircase)
- The stairs surveyed are located immediately ahead as you enter via the car park entrance.
- There is a single manual door to access the stairwell.
- The lower ground, ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors can be accessed by these stairs.
- There are 20+ steps between floors.
- The steps have low visual contrast markings and have a handrail on the left going up.
- The handrail is easy to grip.
- The handrail covers the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrail extends horizontally beyond the first and last step.
- The height of the steps is between 15cm and 18cm.

Entrance (Street)
- This entrance is located at the front of the building, off Via Polesine.

- There are double automatic doors at this entrance.
- The doors open by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 180cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.

- The second set of doors open by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 131cm.
- The second set of doors have a low visual contrast.
- There is step-free access via ramp as you enter.

Reception (Fifth Floor - TUI Offices)
- The reception is located to the right as you enter.
- The distance from the TUI Offices entrance is 6m.
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The height of the reception desk is 110cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the desk.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
- Lighting levels were uneven at the time of the survey, with pools of light and shade.

Getting Around (Fifth Floor)
