Resort Information
- This coastal, adults-only resort is located in Costa Teguise, east Lanzarote.
- The resort provides accommodation in 2 three-storey buildings. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 5 lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: beach access, swimming pools and restaurants.
- The resort has 225 rooms available. 9 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 2 restaurants.
- There are 4 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found reception, main pool bar, 2nd pool area - all level.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found reception, main pool bar, 2nd pool area.
- The resort has the following available: a deaf alert system, a panic alarm and raised toilet seats.
- There is a medication fridge available on request.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
- The resort has a list of local suppliers.
- Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
- Guest mobility scooters can be charged in their rooms as well as various areas around the resort.
- We have been told that assistance dogs are allowed in most areas of the resort.
- Assistance dogs are able to stay with guests in rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
- Assistance dog spending areas are available in the resort.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- Guests can bring food for assistance dogs which can be stored in the room.
- This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the entrance.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 270cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants and a gym.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via lift.
- There is step-free level access to the reception desk located on level 4, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the main buffet restaurant.
There is step-free level access via lift to the main pool area, the pool bar, the guest rooms, the spa, the sauna and the gym. - There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and to the pool area.
- The room corridor on level 4 is accessed by a steep ramp.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 110cm x 140cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens by sliding and has a colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a locking handle.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 200cm x 190cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 125cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the toilet seat.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, an emergency alarm, a wash basin, a hand dryer, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin with lid and a sanitary bin.
- There are no coat hooks.
- The toilet has a wheel in shower.
