Accessibility Overview
Although the resort is set on a hillside, there is step-free access to most areas of the resort. There is step-free access via lifts or ramps to all areas except for the tennis court, the bungalows on the 2nd and 3rd levels and the beach, where there is stepped access. There are buggies available outside reception to transport guests around the resort.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people. These are located on the ground floor in reception and on level -1.
From reception there is step-free level access to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets and baby changing room. There is step-free access via lift to the pool, restaurant, amphitheatre, sports courts, gym, mini market and Kids’ Club.
Access to the most accessible rooms is via lift, then along the step-free room corridors. The resort offers 399 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess room number 216 on the second level. All the other rooms in the main building are similar to this one. There are also bungalows in separate areas of the resort, with the bungalows on the ground floor being the most accessible via ramps.
All the rooms have ensuite shower rooms and toilet, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk. There are no adjoining rooms available.
The route to the shingly beach takes approximately 10 minutes and is via a lift, walkways, a slight ramp then steps onto the beach.
