Resort Information

The Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort is located in Tragaki, in the east of the island of Zante.
The resort is spread over several buildings with ramps overcoming level changes throughout the grounds and lifts in the main building to allow step-free access to all floors.
This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, swimming pools, a water park and restaurants.
The resort has 205 rooms available. 8 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
There are 3 restaurants.
There are 4 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people.
Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception lobby.
There is no medication fridge.
Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
The resort has a list of local suppliers.
Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
Mobility scooters can be stored and charged in the reception area.
We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
WiFi is available throughout the resort.

This resort has the following available; a gym, a spa, a sauna, treatment rooms, a play area/playground, sports courts and shops. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
There are facilities for the following sports available at this resort: tennis, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, archery, bowls, Boccia, petanque and yoga.
Activities available at this resort include: planned children's activities for children over 4 years old, aqua aerobics.
The following areas have step-free access via slight ramps or slopes: the beach, the shop, the children's area and the swimming pools.
The following areas do not have step-free access: the waterslides.

The entrance to the resort is located in front of the main building of the resort.
There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the building.
The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.

This building contains a main reception, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool and a gym.
The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
All the facilities in the main building have step-free level access, including the use of a lift.
The floors that can be accessed from the lift are -1, G, 1.
The lift door opening width is 85cm.
The dimensions of the lift are 108cm x 187cm.

There is step-free level access into the toilet.
There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
The width of the toilet door opening is 86cm.
The toilet door has a twist lock.
The dimensions of the cubicle are cm x cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it, but it is obstructed.
The lateral transfer space is 133cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
There is a push button flush in the centre of the cistern.
There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a hand dryer, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.

There is no shelf in the toilet.
The cubicle has a waste bin with lid and a pedal bin.
There are two coat hooks.
There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
There is also a male toilet next to this one.
It has the opposite features to the one surveyed and has a right hand transfer (obstructed).
