Accessibility Overview
The resort is based on a hill with all 4 levels accessible by steep ramps (or hotel buggy) and is a combination of two previous sister hotels (Mikri Poli Park and Carda Beach).
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people. These are located on level 0 (to the rear of the reception desk) and on level 0 in the Carda Beach building.
The resort offers 378 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. The route to the larger and most accessible rooms (suites) takes approximately 8 minutes to walk via steep ramps, or 3 minutes by buggy.
We were able to assess room number 1210, which is a suite. All the suites have ensuite bathrooms with toilets, wash basins and shower cubicles. There are no handrails in the bathrooms nor seats in the showers.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk. There are no adjoining rooms available.
The route to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes by buggy from reception to the promenade. There are steps to access the sand.
