Accessibility Overview                       

The resort consists of 3 buildings, with the main reception building having ramped entrance.  The resort is accessible via level pathways, ramps of varying degrees and lifts.

There is step-free access from reception to the standard toilets with baby changing units, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the lifts, the pools, activities and the rear exit door (which is used to access the rooms with adaptations for disabled people).

There is step-free access via lift to the main buffet restaurant on level -1, the entertainment on level -1, standard toilets with baby changing units and toilets with adaptations for disabled people.

There is a steep ramp to access the main entrance.

There is a shuttle bus to take guests to the nearest beach, approximately 10 minutes drive away.

The resort has 288 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 10101 on the reception level (level 0).  All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower unit with a portable shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company.  There are no adjoining rooms with adaptations for disabled people available.
