Resort Information
- This beach-front resort is located on the northeast coast of the Greek island of Kos.
- The three-storey resort is spread over 11 buildings and is mostly accessible via level pathways and slight ramps. There are 8 lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: beach access, swimming pools, a water park and restaurants.
- The resort has 662 rooms available. 10 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 7 restaurants.
- There are 6 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found next to the main bar on level 2, in the pool area.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found next to the main bar on level 2, in the pool area, next to the relax pool, in the water park and by the main bar.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the female toilets by the children's pool, by the main bar and there is a parent & baby room in the main pool area.
- The resort has the following available: a deaf alert system, a panic alarm and a pool hoist.
- There is a medication fridge at the reception.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
- The resort has a list of local suppliers.
- Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
- Guests can store and charge their mobility scooters in their rooms.
- We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
- This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
- There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
- WiFi is available throughout the resort.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 180cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk with a lowered area, which is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The automatic rear exit doors are 180cm wide.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants, a gym and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access to the lifts, the rear exit door and the lobby seating area.

- There is a steep ramp at the beach to access the sand.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0 to -1 and 0 to 2.
- The lift door opening width is 90cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 175cm x 163cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Level 2 - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet, via lift.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 91cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 205cm x 285cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 155cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin with lid and a pedal bin.
- There are no coat hooks.
Toilet (Level 2)
- The male standard toilet was surveyed.
- There is also a female toilet in the same location.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet, via lift.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door to the male toilets is 94cm.
Parent and Baby Room / Breastfeeding Room (Pool Area)
- There is step-free level access into the room, via lift.
- The door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 92cm.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
- There is a wash basin.
- There is not a toilet in the parent and baby room.
- Waste bins include: a nappy bin.
