Resort Information
- The apartments are located in Puerto Del Carmen, in the south-east of Lanzarote.
- This resort has the following facilities: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, a shop, a swimming pool, a splash park and a play area/playground. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
- The resort has 227 rooms available. 8 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- The resort provides accommodation in 12 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some steep ramps. There is 1 lift. .
- There is 1 restaurant.
- There are 3 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- There is a shop.
- The shop has step-free access.
- The shop has door widths over 75cm.
- None of the shops have room to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: an accessible toilet and step-free standard toilets.

- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby and on level 1 .

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the building.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 145cm.
- The doors have a medium colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk with a lowered area which is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- There are chairs without armrests and coffee tables available in this reception area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is background noise which varies depending on the time of day.
Getting Around the Building
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.

Lift
- The lift is located in the reception lobby.
- The floors that can be accessed from this lift are 0 and 1.
- This lift is a standard lift.
- Externally the lift has: controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm), tactile markings, a door with a high colour contrast to the surroundings, Braille markings and buttons with a high colour contrast to the surroundings.
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 108cm x 140cm.
- Internally the lift has; controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).
Getting Around the Resort
- The paths around the resort are made from: artificial grass, concrete and tiles.

- The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk via a route outside of the hotel.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Level 1 - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is no signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 310cm x 150cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 220cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a lever flush on the transfer side.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin, the soap dispenser, towel dispenser and hand dryer.
- The following fixtures are at the recommended height: towel dispenser (between 80cm - 100cm).
