  • The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
  • The lift door opening width is 80cm.
  • The dimensions of the lift are 108cm x 140cm.
  • Internally the lift has; controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).

Getting Around the Resort

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Level 1 - Left Hand Transfer)

  • There is step-free level access into the toilet.
  • There is no signage on or near the toilet door.
  • The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
  • The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
  • The toilet door has a twist lock.
  • The dimensions of the cubicle are 310cm x 150cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
  • There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
  • The lateral transfer space is 220cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
  • There is a lever flush on the transfer side.
  • There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
  • The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder.
  • The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin, the soap dispenser, towel dispenser and hand dryer.
  • The following fixtures are at the recommended height: towel dispenser (between 80cm - 100cm).
  • The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the toilet seat (not at 48cm), the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm), the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm) and hand dryer (not between 80cm - 100cm).
