Access Guide
Resort Information
- The resort is located on Avenida de Murcia in central Benidorm.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, a shop, a playground, a swimming pool and a splash park. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
- The resort has 408 rooms available. 13 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- The resort is located on level ground, however access to the outdoor areas from the hotel building is gained by either the use of a ramp, steps or a lift.
- There is 1 restaurant.
- There is 1 swimming pool (excluding room pools).
- There is a shop.
- The shop has step-free access.
- The shop has door widths over 75cm.
- The shop has room to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people, ambulant cubicles and standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found on the ground and lower ground floors and near the outdoor pool.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found on the ground and lower ground floors and near the outdoor pool.
- Baby change facilities can be found on the ground and lower ground floors and near the outdoor pool.
- The resort has the following available: bath mats and raised toilet seats.
- There is a medication fridge at the reception.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.

- Assistance dog spending areas are not available in the resort.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- Guests can bring food for assistance dogs which can be stored in reception or in guests rooms.

- There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
- WiFi is available throughout the resort.

Getting Around the Resort
- The resort is located on level ground, however access to the outdoor areas from the hotel building is gained by either the use of a ramp, steps or a lift.

- There is no seating along the pathways.
- All the paths are illuminated.
Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located off a wide public pathway at the side of the hotel.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the resort.
- This entrance has an intercom.
- The following are not at a recommended height: the intercom (not between 75cm - 100cm).
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 175cm.

Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a shop, bars, a main reception and a restaurant.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- The following areas have step-free level access: reception, restaurant, main bar, accommodation floors, games room.
- The following areas have step-free access via steep or very steep ramps or slopes: Horario Bar.
- There is hard flooring and low pile carpet.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- The majority of walkway widths are between 120cm and 180cm, with high colour contrast between the walls and floor.
