Resort Information
- The resort is located in Corralejo, in northeast Fuerteventura.
- The resort provides accommodation in one five-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some slight ramps. There are 4 lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools and restaurants.
- The resort has 372 rooms available. 5 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 2 restaurants.
- There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: step-free standard toilets.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby, in the pool area (via steps).
- There is no medication fridge.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
- The resort has a list of local suppliers.
- Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
- Guests can store and charge their mobility scooters in the reception lobby or in their rooms.

- The ramp is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 132cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk with a lowered area, which is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The height of the reception desk is 119cm.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops and restaurants.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets, the lifts, the buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the rear exit doors and the shops.
There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms. - There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0 to 5.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 132cm x 144cm.
Toilet (Reception Lobby)
- The male and female standard toilets were surveyed.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
