Access Guide
Getting to (Fayrouz)
- Fayrouz is located on the upper level of the resort, between the Main Building and Fantasia.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.

Entrance (External)
- The entrance to the bar is located within the Fayrouz bar external seating area.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 80cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
Entrance (Lobby)
- The entrance to the bar is located within the Main Building, to the left of the Arrivals and General Enquiries Reception.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There is an opening without doors at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 330cm.
Bar
- The bar serves food and drink and has full table service.
- Menus are handheld and online.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There are a total of 2 bar counters, one internal and one external. There is an additional external counter that serves coffee.
Seating (Internal)
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs, sofas, high stools and chairs without armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- There is background noise.
- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
Seating (External)
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas, high stools and chairs with armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
