Access Guide
Getting to (Makai Tukai)
- Makai Tukai is located on the upper level of the resort, close to Fayrouz bar and Fantasia.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on the upper level of the resort, close to Fayrouz bar and Fantasia.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 65cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has full table service.
- Menus are handheld and online.
- Food served includes: Asian food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is a sushi counter where guests can select which dish they would like. The sushi counter height ranges between 75cm and 91cm. There is also a Teppanyaki area within the restaurant, which attracts an additional charge.
