Access Guide
Getting to (Outdoor Pools 1, 2, 3 and 4)
- Outdoor pools 1, 2 ,3 and 4 are located on the lower level of the resort, close to the La Perla Bar, the Main Building, Fayrouz Bar and Topaz Buffet Restaurant.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is within the Main Building, please click here for more information (new tab).

Swimming Pool (Outdoor Pool 1)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Access into the water is via a ladder.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty but not at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
Swimming Pool (Outdoor Pool 2 - Activity Pool)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Access into the water is via a ladder.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty but not at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers and a poolside bar.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside bar.
- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
- There is a bridge that crosses between pools 2 and 3. The bridge has stepped access.
Swimming Pool (Outdoor Pool 3)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Access into the water is via a ramp or a ladder.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty but not at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- The flooring is hard.
Swimming Pool (Outdoor Pool 4 - Kids' Pool)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Guests get into the water by dropping directly in from the side of the pool.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty but not at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- The flooring is hard.
Bar (Beverages Kiosk)
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
