Access Guide
Getting to (Paradisio Bar)
- Paradisio bar is located on the lower level of the resort, between Outdoor Pool 8 and the beach.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Aquarius Pool Bar, please click here for more information (new tab).

Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar has full table service.
- Menus are handheld and online.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
Seating (Bar Area)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: dining chairs with armrests and sofas.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise.
Seating (Beach Area)
- Access into the seating area is via steep ramps/slopes.
- The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: bench seats and chairs with armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is sand.
- There is background noise.
