Access Guide
Getting to (Waves)
- Waves is located on the upper level of the resort, between the Topaz and Four Corners restaurants.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.

Entrance
- The entrance to the bar is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 94cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
- There is a second similar entrance at the other end of the bar.
Bar
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- Menus are handheld and online.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny and patterned.
- Lighting levels are low in this bar.
Seating (Internal)
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas, stools, high stools, chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard and low pile carpet.
