Getting to (Zela'a)

The entrance to the restaurant is located on Level 1 of the main building.
Access to the restaurant is via lift, for more information see the lift section of the Access Guide (new tab).
There is a lift which bypasses the steps.
There is step-free level access via lift at the entrance to the restaurant.
There are 10+ steps, which have some clear markings, with handrails on both sides.
There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
The width of the door opening is 82cm.
The doors have a high colour contrast.
A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.

The lift is located to the right as you enter the resort via the main entrance to the right of reception.
The floors that can be accessed from this lift are G (lobby) and 1 (Zela'a restaurant).

There is a small lip in front of the lift doors on both the ground level and level 1.

The restaurant has buffet counters.
Menus are displayed on the counter.
Food served includes: buffet food.
The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
