Resort Information
- The resort is on the east coast of Egypt.
- The resort provides rooms across 13 three-storey buildings with no lifts. The resort is mainly level with ramps of varying degrees.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, swimming pools and restaurants.
- The resort has 325 rooms available. 2 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 6 restaurants.
- There are 5 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found only in the two rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in reception, the à la carte restaurants, the bar area, the swimming pools and at the beach.
- Baby change facilities can be found in the female toilet in the reception.
- The resort has the following available: bed raisers, a panic alarm and vibrating alarm pillows.
- There is a medication fridge available on request.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
- The resort has a list of local suppliers.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the rear of the building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, .
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 165cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- The main reception desk is 105cm high.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception and restaurants.
- The reception area, most ground floor rooms, two of the a la carte restaurants and the main buffet restaurant have step-free level access.
- The entrance, swimming pool, theatre and sauna have access via slight ramps.
Toilet
- The female toilet was surveyed.
- There is also a male toilet in the same location.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
- The width of the toilet door is 78cm.
There is a baby change table in the female toilet at a height of 105cm.
