Resort Information

• Hotel Louis Imperial Beach is located off the main coast road between Paphos Airport and Paphos.
• This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, a shop, a spa, beach access, a playground, a sports court, a gym, a swimming pool, a splash park, a fitness suite and a sauna. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
• The resort has 239 rooms available. 6 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
• Standard rooms with adjoining rooms are available.
• The resort is mostly on level ground, with a slight slope located in the grounds to the rear left of the resort, leading from the quiet outdoor pool towards the seafront. There is also another slight slope leading from the main outdoor pool towards the seafront by the playground; however this can be bypassed by a level route. The majority of the resort has step-free level access (via lift), however there are some small steps on the thresholds of some external doors. There are also steps (by-passed by a steep ramp) at the Hotel Main Entrance and entrance to the Fontana Lobby and Terrace Bar. Finally, there is stepped-only access to the Kids' Club and toilets outside the Empire Ballroom.
• There are 3 restaurants.
• There are 3 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
• There is a shop.
• The shop has step-free access.
• The shop has door widths over 75cm.
• The shop does not have room to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
• Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, step-free standard toilets and standard changing rooms.
• Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found on Level -1 (swimming pool level), opposite the internal entrance to Amoroza Buffet Restaurant.
• Standard toilet facilities can be found on Level -1 (swimming pool level), opposite the internal entrance to Amoroza Buffet Restaurant, as well as outside the indoor swimming pool. On the mezzanine level, down the stairs beyond the shop and hair salon, outside the Empire Ballroom. Inside the Pygmalion Burger Restaurant.
• Baby change facilities can be found inside the standard toilets on Level -1 (swimming pool level), outside the indoor swimming pool. On the mezzanine level, down the stairs beyond the shop and hair salon, outside the Empire Ballroom.
• The resort has the following available: bath mats.
• There is a medication fridge at the reception.
• Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
• Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
• The resort has a list of local suppliers.
• Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
• Mobility scooters can be charged in a dedicated room located to the right hand side of the hotel lobby, next to the entrance to the Kids' Club and Pygmalion Burger Restaurant.
• We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
• This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
• There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.

Getting Around the Resort

• The resort is mostly on level ground, with only one slight slope located in the grounds to the rear left of the resort, leading from the quiet outdoor pool towards the seafront. There is also another slight slope leading from the main outdoor pool towards the seafront by the playground; however this can be bypassed by a level route. The majority of the resort has step-free level access (via lift), however there are some small steps on the thresholds of some external doors. There are also steps (bypassed by a steep ramp) at the Hotel Main Entrance and entrance to the Fontana Lobby and Terrace Bar. Finally, there is stepped-only access to the Kids' Club and toilets outside the Empire Ballroom.
