Accessibility Overview 

This beach-front resort provides accommodation in 7 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys.  It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are no lifts.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort and a pool hoist.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the lifts, the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the pool and the splash park.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the gym.  There is stepped access to the lower pool area.  

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 306 rooms, 7 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 6008 on the ground floor, accessible via .  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.  There is a handrail next to the toilet.  In the shower, there are handrails and a shower seat can be requested.  The journey from reception to room takes approximately 5 minutes.  There are standard adjoining rooms available in the resort. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
