Resort Information
- The resort is located in Playa de los Pocillos in south-east Lanzarote.

Entrance

- There is an identical ramp to the right of the entrance door with the handrail on the left going up. Both ramps are 220cm wide.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The height of the reception desk is 110cm.
The lobby bar and seating area is to the left hand side of the reception desk.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, bars, restaurants, a gym and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- From reception (on level 2) there is step-free level access to the lobby bar and the lifts.

There is also a slight ramp at the bottom of the pathway leading to the beach. - There are two steep ramps either side of the steps leading up to the main entrance doors.

- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 96cm x 122cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Level 1 - Left Hand Transfer - Next to the Entertainment Area)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 90cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 293cm x 233cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 183cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a hand dryer and a soap dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
