Resort Information
- The beach-front resort is located in Hurghada, eastern Egypt.
- The resort is accessible by level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift in the main building of the resort.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools and restaurants.

Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The height of the reception desk is 120cm.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants and a gym.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, the lifts, the lobby bar, some of the à la carte restaurants, the shops and the nightclub.
There is step-free access via lift to the room with adaptations for disabled people (level 0), the spa, the gym, the main buffet restaurant, the sports bar and the coffee shop. - There is step-free access to the main entrance doors at the front of the building via a steep ramped kerb. There are steep ramps on the route to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0 to 3.
- The lift door opening width is 80cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 110cm x 160cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 104cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 204cm x 190cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 75cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, an emergency alarm, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
