Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 23 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. It is set in a hillside with many steps and steep ramps. There are 2 lifts in one of the buildings. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the lobby bar and some of the guest rooms. There is step-free access via lift to the toilets on level –1 (from the lobby bar). There is step-free access via steep ramps to the guest rooms, the pool area, the splash park, the entertainment area, the bars and the restaurants. There is stepped access to the main buffet restaurant, the amphitheatre, some of the pools and the Baby Lounge.
The resort has 185 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1001, on the ground floor of the lobby bar building. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and a small step into the shower cubicle. There is no shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1001 takes approximately 4 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.
There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people in the resort.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
