Getting to the Room (1001)

The average walking time to the room is 4 minutes.
Exit the reception lobby via the main entrance doors, go down the ramp and turn right.
Head into the lobby bar, which is in the building on the right.
Continue through the lobby bar and turn right into the room corridor and continue ahead to room 1001.
The most accessible route to the room has automatic doors.
The majority of walkway widths on the route to the room are under 120cm.
Some flooring on the route is shiny.

There is step-free level access into the room.
The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
The room door opening is 79cm wide.
The bed type is made from two single beds pushed together.
The top of the mattress is 56cm from the floor.
The space under the bed is 6cm high.
There is room for a wheelchair user to turn next to the bed (150cm x 150cm) .
There is hard flooring.
The flooring is shiny and patterned.
Seating in the room includes: a chair without armrests.
The following adaptations are available: light switches at a recommended height (between 75cm - 120cm) and plug sockets at a recommended height (between 40cm - 100cm).
The room does not have an emergency alarm.
The room does not have a flashing fire alarm.
The following have a high colour contrast with their surroundings: the internal room door and the room floor.

Balcony / Terrace View
- There is a balcony. The door is under 75cm wide .
