Resort Information

The resort is located on the north-east side of the island of Crete.
The resort consists of 182 rooms spread over several accommodation blocks. There are lifts in the central building.
It is accessible via step-free level pathways with some stepped areas and some areas with ramps of varying degrees.
This resort has the following facilities: restaurants and swimming pools.
The resort has 182 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
There are 2 restaurants.
There are 2 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: standard toilets and a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people.
Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found by the lift on the basement level.
Standard toilet facilities can be found by the lift on the basement level, in the pool area and in the Culinarium a la carte restaurant.
There is no medication fridge.
Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
The resort has a list of local suppliers.
Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
Guest mobility scooters can be charged outside the reception area.
We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
WiFi is available throughout the resort.
