Accessibility Overview

The resort has 175 rooms, including four with some adaptations for disabled people. The resort is accommodated within a 4-storey building, with step-free access via level walkways, sloping pathways and ramps, some of which are steep. There are three lifts.

There is step-free level access to the restaurant, adapted toilets, standard toilets and entertainment area. The adapted rooms are accessible via lift. The main entrance, pool area and beach are accessible via ramps, with some steep ramps. There is also step-free access to the beach via a slight ramp. The journey from the reception lobby to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes.

We were able to survey room 114, located on the first floor and accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, handrails beside the toilet and in the shower, and a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 114 takes approximately 3 minutes.

Standard adjoining rooms are also available. Mobility equipment is not available to hire from reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
