Access Guide
Resort Information
- The resort is located on the northwest coast of the island of Kalamota, in Croatia.
- The buildings are built against a hilly backdrop, most of the pathways are stepped with some steep ramps in places.
- This resort has the following facilities: swimming pools and restaurants.
- The resort has 144 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There is 1 restaurant.
- There is 1 swimming pool (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: standard toilets.
- There is no medication fridge.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment locally.
- Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
- We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
- This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
- There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
On-site Facilities

- There are facilities for the following sports available at this resort: table tennis.
- There is stepped access to all of the facilities and activities available in this resort.
Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the main building.
- There is step-free access via slope at the entrance to the resort.
- The slope is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 200cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, restaurants and a gym.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs.
- The reception seating area has step-free access.
- There are steps to access the outdoor activities, the gym and sauna, the pool area, the restaurant and the rooms.
Toilet
- The male standard toilet was surveyed.
- There is also a female toilet in the same location.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
