Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 7 buildings, some of which have 5 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are 12 lifts throughout the resort. There is a pool hoist.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the reception lobby and the toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the pool and the splash park. There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment area, the pool area and the water parks. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 15 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 505 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2101 on level 1. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower, and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2101 takes approximately 2 minutes.  There are standard adjoining rooms.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
