Accessibility Overview 

The resort is located on a hillside and comprises 3 buildings with 6 floors. There are many steep ramps and slopes to access most areas of the resort. There are 4 lifts.

There is step-free level access to the lifts and the toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free level access via lift to some standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the restaurants, the entertainment area, the parent and baby room and some guest rooms. There is stepped access to the seating in the entertainment area.  

The resort has 328 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey standard double room number 1118 on the ground floor in the ‘Kate’ building, accessible via several steep slopes and uneven surfaces. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet or in the shower, and there is no shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 1118 takes approximately 10 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available in the resort. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
