- There are 8 restaurants.
- There are 5 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found on each floor in the main building.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found on each floor in the main building.
- Baby change facilities can be found in the standard toilets, on each floor in the main building.
- There is a medication fridge at the reception.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.

Entrance
- The entrance to the resort is located at the front of the reception building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide,.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which open both ways.
- The width of the door opening is 83cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops, bars, restaurants and a gym.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via lift.
- All areas of the main building have lift access.
- The lift door opening width is 110cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 180cm x 123cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 86cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 150cm x 183cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 85cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin without lid and a pedal bin.
- There are no coat hooks.
