Resort Information
- This beach-front resort is located in Gennadi in southwest Rhodes.
- This beachside resort has 2 main buildings and is mostly step-free via level pathways, slight ramps, steep ramps and lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools, a splash park, a water park and restaurants.
- The resort has 372 rooms available. 3 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 6 restaurants.
- There are 5 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception area on level 0 and next to the spa on level -1.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception area on level 0, next to the spa on level -1.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the female standard toilets in the reception area on level 0, next to the spa on level -1, in the pool area, next to all the a la carte restaurants and next to the beach bar.

Entrance
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 180cm.
- There is a second set of automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 180cm.
- The two ramps from the driveway to the main entrance doors both measure 200cm wide.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception, shops, restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym and sports courts.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- From reception there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets with baby changing facilities, main restaurant, indoor pool, entertainment area, piano bar and lifts.
There is step-free access via lift to the standard rooms. - There are two small slight ramps to access the main entrance.
There is a slight ramp to access the tennis court. - There is step-free access via several ramps of varying degrees to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via steep ramp to the pool, the beach and some of the activities.
- There is stepped access to some of the guest rooms in the second building and to the public toilets near to the a la carte restaurants.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are -1, 0 and 1.
- The lift door opening width is 90cm.
- There are club carts available to transport guests around the resort.
The lifts were inoperable at the time of the survey due to it being the end of the season, so measurement and photographs inside the lifts was not possible.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 95cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 230cm x 190cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 145cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the non transfer side.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin and a soap dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror.

- There are no coat hooks.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
