- The TUI BLUE Tres Vidas apartments are two-storey apartments which are spread over 10 buildings. There are no lifts.
Accessibility around the apartments is mostly very steep ramps and steps. - The resort has 104 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There is a medication fridge at the reception.
- Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
- Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
- The resort has a list of local suppliers.
- Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
- Guests can store and charge their mobility scooters in their rooms.
- We have been told that assistance dogs are allowed in most areas of the resort.
- Assistance dogs are able to stay with guests in rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.
- Guests can bring food for assistance dogs which can be stored in their rooms.
- This resort is aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
- There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.
- WiFi is available throughout the resort.
- There are no facilities or services within the Tres Vidas apartments, the blocks consist of guest rooms only. All the facilities and services are in the sister hotel next door, the TUI BLUE Orquidea, including check-in.
