Access Guide
Getting to the Restaurant
- Take the steep ramp in the reception lobby and exit via the rear doors.
- Head straight on along the pathway, then take a left at the signpost.
- Continue along pathway, and the restaurant is located on the left hand side.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and automatic doors.
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located to the left hand side, when exiting the reception lobby via the rear doors.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 160cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has buffet counters and a self service counter.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise.
- All of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The door to the terrace is automatic and is 180cm wide.
Seating
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
