- The accommodation is located on Bidborough Street, Euston, between Judd Street and Mabledon Place.
- The accommodation is contained within a single high rise building with eight floors.

- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- There are some width restrictions in corridors resulting in corridors that are 88cm wide in places.

- The handrails are not easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
