Location of Room(s)
- X1.23 is/are located on the rear right hand side of the building, accessible from room x1.24 or off a small access corridor at the rear of the right main corridor.

Workshop
- The entrance door from X1.24 is a double door with one leaf locked. The door is 85cm wide.
- The entrance from the corridor, shown in photograph 1, is a single door 80cm wide.
- The workbench tables are 94cm high.
- The computer table is 70cm high.
- There is a height adjustable chair with arm rests.
- The room is level throughout with no trip hazards.
