Access To
- The SU Shop is located on the upper ground floor of the Richmond Building, to the left after you exit the platform lift from the main entrance.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a platform lift.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the SU Shop.
- There are double manual doors which open away from you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
- The locked door can be opened on request.
- The doors are easy to open.
- The width of the opening is 132cm.
- The doors have a high visual contrast.
Counter
- The counter is located to the left after you enter the SU Shop.
- The distance from the SU Shop entrance is 2m.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 95cm.
- There is not a lowered section at the counter.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise in this area.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey, with unshaded light sources.
