- The Betty and Gordon Moore Library is a medium sized circular building with 4 floors.
- There is 1 main lift and 2 main staircases within the building.
- The floors are signed as Lower Ground Floor, Ground Floor, First Floor, and Second Floor.
This is a bit different in the lifts where the controls are marked as LG, 0, 1, and 2.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free with paving slabs and glass tiles.
- There is a single entrance to the building which provides step-free level access to the ground floor.
There is a key card activated automatic door at this entrance. - The entrance is not signed but is named as BETTY AND GORDON MOORE LIBRARY.
- The main entrance provides step-free level access to the reception area on the ground floor.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are deep pile carpet.
- There is seating throughout the building that can also be used as resting areas.
- There is standalone wayfinding signage ahead from every lift exit, and door mounted wayfinding signage on every stairwell lobby exit.
