Access To
- The Small Lecture Theatre is located on the Ground Floor of the Geography School, and ahead as you exit the platform lift.

- The most accessible route has a platform lift and a slight ramp or slope.
- There is written text signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access via lift into the lecture theatre.
- There are double manual doors which open towards you.
- One of the doors was locked at the time of the survey.
- The width of the opening is 73cm.
- The door has a high visual contrast.
- There is a slight, permanent ramp after the doors that provides access to all seating areas and the speakers' area. There is 1 handrail on the left going down. The width of the ramp is 107cm. The ramp bypasses the steps. There are 2 clearly marked steps after the doors that provide access to all seating areas and the speakers' area. There are no handrails at the steps. The height of the highest step is 17cm. The depth the steps is not between 30-45cm.

- This is a lecture theatre.
- There is not step-free level access within the room.

- Furniture can be moved to enable a manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
