- The Level 7 Café is to the left as you exit the main lifts on level 7 of the Keith Peters Building.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and manual doors.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.

- There are double manual doors which are permanently held open.

- The doors have a high visual contrast.
- The Level 7 Café is open 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.

- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and designated seating.
- Full table service is available on request only.
- Menus are wall-mounted, available on a board, available on a touchscreen and displayed on the counter.

- There is not a hearing assistance system.
