Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via slight or steep slopes.
- The building has two entrances, both of which provide step-free level access to the ground floor.

- The accessible entrance gives access to the ground floor and the rear of the building.
- The front entrance is located at the front of the building, along JJ Thomson Avenue and had step-free access via a steep slope that bypasses steps.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- On the ground floor there are steps along the link corridor leading to Department of Physics (Maxwell Centre) and these steps can be bypassed via the platform lift.
- On the first floor there is a steep slope along the link corridor leading to Department of Physics (Maxwell Centre).
- Floor surfaces along all circulation rotures are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish.
- There are resting area along circulation routes with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signed is very limited within the building.
