About
View
- Bounty House is a large building with three floors.
- There is one main lift and two main staircases within the building.
- The floors are signed as 0, 1 and 2.

Parking and Public Transport

- The venue has its own car park, with Blue Badge parking available.
- There is on-street standard parking.
- The nearest train station is Deptford.
- The nearest DLR station is Cutty Sark.

Getting Inside
- Bounty House is located within McMillan Student Village, which is located between Deptford and Greenwich, between Creek Road and Stowage.
- The site is gated, with pedestrian access off Creek Road and Stowage, and vehicular access off Stowage.
- There are turnstiles at the Creek Road pedestrian access, bypassed by a gate. The turnstiles have an opening width of 46cm, with two key card readers at heights of 120cm and 134cm, and an intercom at a height of 149cm.
- The gate opens away from you (push) to a width of 122cm and has two key card readers at heights of 96cm and 128cm. There is an intercom on the gate at a height of 145cm.
- There is a slight slope in front of this access point, leading down from the pavement on Creek Road.
- There is a gate at the Stowage pedestrian access, which opens away from you (push) to a width of 122cm. There is a key card reader at a height of 127cm, and two intercoms at heights of 138cm and 163cm.
- There is then step-free access via steep slopes to the building from the access gates on Stowage and Creek Road.
- There is step-free access via slight slopes to the building from the car park.
- Bounty House has one entrance, which provides step-free access (via a steep slope) to the reception foyer on floor 0. There are push-pad activated, double automatic doors at the entrance, followed by an automatic security barrier.
- The entrance is unsigned.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors, and to all floors.
- Floor surfaces along circulation routes are comprised of shiny vinyl and tiles, and low pile carpet.
- There are resting areas in circulation and lobby areas throughout the building, with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall-mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors along circulation routes throughout the building on all floors.

Toilet Facilities

- There are 3 toilets with adaptations.
- Toilets with adaptations are located on floor 0, straight ahead and to the left as you enter the building, next to the cafeteria; and on floors 1 and 2, straight ahead, through the door and on the left as you exit the lift.
- All toilets with adaptations have a left hand transfer space.
- The male and female step-free standard toilet facilities are located on floor 0, straight ahead and to the left as you enter the building, next to the cafeteria; plus diagonally to the right as you enter the building, through the door into the staff area and on the left; and on floors 1 and 2, straight ahead, through the door and on the left as you exit the lift.
- The gender inclusive step-free standard toilet facilities are located on floor 1, straight ahead along the corridor and on the left past the standard male and female toilets as you exit the lift.

Car Park
View
- The car park is located in front of the building, accessed from Stowage.
- The car park is open air/surface.

Entrance
- This entrance is located at the front of the building, leading in from the car park.
- The entrance area is not clearly signed.

- The ramp has a steep gradient with resting areas.
- The ramp is over 150cm wide with no handrails.
- There is an intercom at a height of 147cm.
- There is a key fob/card reader at a height of 85cm.
- The intercom and key fob/card reader are for out of hours access only.
There is an additional key fob/card reader at a height of 124cm, below the intercom. - There are double automatic doors at this entrance.
- The doors open towards you.

- The doors have a medium visual contrast.
- There is a push pad or push button to exit at a height of 114cm.
- The door release button is for exiting the building out of hours only.
The push pad for exiting through the automatic doors is 83cm high. - The minimum width between the security barriers is 99cm.
- The width given above is for the wide gate, which is automatic, but can only be opened by security staff.
The standard barriers next to the wide gate are automatic and activated by key card. The width of the barriers is 53cm, and the height of the key card reader is 95cm.
All security barriers have a low colour contrast.
There is an additional set of double manual doors (with one leaf locked) adjacent to the automatic doors. These open towards you (pull) to a width of 79cm. - There is step-free level access as you enter.
