Location of Room(s)
- KW116 is located on the first floor, ahead and to the right when exiting the main lift.
- There is step free access from main lift to KW116.

- KW116 can also be accessed via the south west corner lift.
Computer Room(s)
- Signage for the room(s) is available in upper and lower case lettering that is clearly visible on or near the door.
- The corridor outside the room(s) is sufficiently wide enough (150cm+) to allow wheelchair users to pass.
- There is step free access into the room(s) from the corridor.
- The door opening width(s) is/are 75cm+ for the room(s).
- The door(s) for the room(s) is/are not push pad activated.
- There is not a hearing assistance system for the room(s).
- There are no chairs with armrests on both sides within the room(s).
- The room does have an unobstructed minimum turning space of 150cm x 150cm.
- Floor coverings in the room(s) are even with no trip hazards.
- KW116 can also be accessed via an opposite entrance and the south west corner lift.

- The reception point is approximately 6m (6yd 1ft) from the KW116 entrance.
- Clear signage for the reception area/desk is visible from the lift.
- There is step-free access to the reception point.
- There is a clear unobstructed route to the reception point.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the reception point which could adversely affect the ability of someone to lip read.
- The reception counter is placed in front of a background which is patterned.
- The lighting levels at the reception point are moderate to good.
- The height of the reception counter is 109cm .
- There is sufficient space to write or sign documents on the counter.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- The counter is staffed.
- There is not a hearing assistance system at the reception point.
- The type of flooring in the reception area is carpet.
