- Rutherford Annexe is a small building with 2 floors.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free via a slight ramp.
- There are two entrances into the building. The main entrance provides step-free access via a ramp and double automatic doors. The second entrance provides stepped access via a single manual door.
- The main entrance is signed as Rutherford Annexe.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the ground floor.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are carpeted.
- There are resting areas in the ground floor lobby area with a mixture of seating .
- Wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors permanently held open along circulation routes throughout the building.
