- The indoor tennis courts are located with the outdoor tennis courts at the University's sports ground.
- The grounds are located on Parkwood Road on the edge of the campus.
- There are no toilets or changing rooms in the indoor courts building.
- All facilities are located in the Sports Pavilion Building and, at busy times, the Old Pavilion.

By Road
View
- The Pavilion is located off Park Wood Road, which connects to Giles Lane. Giles Lane connects the A290 Whitstable Road with the University's Canterbury Campus.
- The Pavilion shares a car park with the Old Pavilion and the indoor tennis and netball centre. The car park requires a University Pink or Blue Permit, Accessible Parking Permit, Blue Badge or pay and display.

By Bus

- There are frequent Unibus services linking the University campus with the centre of Canterbury and Canterbury East and West train stations. The nearest bus stop is on Parkwood Road close to the venue.

- The nearest train station is Canterbury West, to the north of the city centre. There are buses linking the city centre with the University campus, with stops about 5 minutes away from the station.

- At the time of our visit on a weekday the standard parking bays were full even though the sports facilities were quiet.
