- C33b is located near the entrance of West Block of QMC at the rear of the building on C floor of the Medical School.

- The distance from the Core 6 lift is 25m.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- Doors are held open along the most accessible route.
- This route has shiny flooring.
- There is written text and numbered signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance.
- The ramp has a slight gradient.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide.
- There is a handrail on the left going up.
- There is a single manual door.
- The door opens towards you.
- The door is easy to open.
- The width of the opening is 77cm.
- The door has a high colour contrast.
- The ramp is located directly after the door as you enter the room.
C33b
- There is step-free level access throughout.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre.
- The flooring is shiny.
- Floor coverings are not even and could potentially cause a trip hazard.
- The walls and floor colour contrast varies between low and high.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- Lighting levels are adjustable.
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- Seating available in this room includes: chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- Furniture available in this room includes: tables.
- The surface height of the tables/desks is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- The clear height under the tables/desks is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- This room has a television screen and a whiteboard.
- There is a partition wall between rooms C33a and C33b which can be used to create two separate rooms or one large room. At the time of survey (August 2026) the rooms were configured as one large room.
