- The University buildings are located on the Royal Derby Hospital site located on Uttoxeter Road to the west of Derby and can be accessed via the A38, A52, A50 and the M1 off junction 25. For sat/nav, please enter DE22 3NE.
- There is both standard and Blue Badge parking located outside of the Medical School Derby West Building, that also serves the East Building. There are 8 car parks for patients and hospital visitors located on the site based off the internal loop road that can be used by visitors to the University Buildings. Car Park 3 is for the use of Blue Badge holders and has 64 spaces available. Car Park 5 is the nearest hospital car park to the university buildings. Blue Badge parking is free for a maximum of 3 hours.
