Summary

Getting Here (University Park South Entrance)

  • By Road View
    • The campus is located 2 miles to the west of Nottingham City Centre.
      It can be accessed from the north or south via the M1 and the A52.
      University Park is the University of Nottingham’s largest campus and there are 3 entrances onto the site; North Entrance, South Entrance and West Entrance.
      The South Entrance is accessed off the A6005 (University Boulevard), which leads off the A52 (Clifton Boulevard). Satnav users can use NG7 2RD for the quickest and most accurate journey. The North Entrance is accessed from the westbound A52 (Derby Road), the South Entrance from the A6005 (University Boulevard) and the West Entrance from the A6464 (Woodside Road).
      Satnav users can use NG7 2RD for the quickest and most accurate journey.
    • If you are visiting the campus temporarily, then you should park in one of the pay and display car parks on campus.
      These car parks are highlighted on the campus map below.
      Blue badge parking can be found in these main pay and display car parks and also in building car parks throughout the site.

  • By Bus View
    • There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the campus.
    • There are several bus services which run through the University Park Campus. These include; St Peter's Court Shuttle, 34, 34C, N34 Night Service and 36U.
      Bus stops can be found in; East Drive, Portland Hill, Library Road and Beeston Lane.
      The South Entrance can also be accessed via buses that serve University Boulevard via the Skylink Nottingham service, the 18 and Indigo Service. The stop is known as South Entrance (Stop UN04).
      There is also a free inter-campus bus service for both staff and students.
      Services run from the main University Park Campus to:
      - Sutton Bonington Campus
      - Royal Derby Hospital Centre
      - King's Meadow Campus
      - Jubilee Campus.

    • The nearest tram stop is University of Nottingham .
    • Nottingham Express Transit’s (NET) tram service links University Park Campus directly to Nottingham city centre - including Nottingham Train Station.
      Line Three of the tram service includes two stops on University Boulevard - at the South Entrance to University Park, as well as adjacent to the Highfields Sports Ground. The nearest Tram Stop to this building is the Queens Medical Centre stop.
