- Room B7 is located on floor B, accessed by either staircase, through the double doors, from the main staircase, turn right, then left at the end of the corridor, and from the rear staircase, turn left..

- The door(s) for the room(s) is/are not push pad activated.
- There is step free access to the speaker's area at the front.
- The height of the speaker's desk/table is 94cm.
- The speaker's desk/table is not height adjustable.

- There is some fixed furniture within the room(s).
