Access To
- PH.141 is on the first floor of Parkstead House, to the rear-left of the building, near Stair A.
- There is step-free access via the main access corridor along the front of the building.
- View information on Parkstead House (opens new tab).
- The most accessible route has a lift, a steep ramp or slope, manual doors and automatic doors.
- The slope in the corridor leading to the room has a steep gradient.
- The distance from the Stair D lift is 93m.
- There is numbered signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into PH.141.
- There is a single manual door which opens towards you.
- The width of the opening is 86cm.
- The door has a low visual contrast.
Teaching
- This is a teaching room.
- There is step-free level access throughout the room.
- Furniture can be moved to enable a manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- There is a clearly signed portable hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested, however it was not working at the time of the survey.
