Access To (The Base)
- The Base is located on the left after the entrance to Erasmus House.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access and narrow walkways.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- There is a single manual door which opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 75cm.
- The door has a low visual contrast.
Kitchen and Dining Area
- The kitchen/dining area is located after the entrance to The Base.
- There is step-free level access into the kitchen/dining area.
- Furniture can be moved to enable a manoeuvring space for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
- The flooring is uneven.
- The walls and floor have a high visual contrast.
- The work surface is 93cm from the floor.
- A lowered work surface is not available.
- Overhead and under counter cupboards are available.
- The hob is 94cm from the floor.
- A lowered hob is not available.
- The oven is at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The sink is 94cm from the floor.
- A lowered sink is not available.
- The sink has a twist/turn tap.
- Facilities within the kitchen include a fridge, a microwave and a kettle.
